GREEN IS LIFE & FLOWER EXPO POLSKA - plant, flower and garden trade fair at promising Polish market
Poland, with its 4,6% economic growth in 2017, is the fourth fastest developing economy in EU. Polish market of cut flowers and pot plants is growing even more rapidly. Not only Polish economy is galloping, but also country’s demand on luxury goods (including garden plants and flowers) is growing significantly.
Green is life and Flower Expo Poland - one owner
The combined “GREEN IS LIFE” and the accompanying Flower Expo Polska trade shows will take place on September 6-8, 2018 at Expo XXI WARSZAWA, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14. The third edition of the Flower Expo also involves a change in ownership. Currently, the owner of both brands is Agencja Promocji Zieleni, which acquired the rights to the Flower Expo Polska brand from the existing Dutch partner BureauSierteelt.
25th International GREEN IS LIFE 2017 – summary
The 25th anniversary edition of the GREEN IS LIFE international plant fair was held from 31 August to 2 September in Warsaw at the EXPO XII. This was the second year for the Flower Expo Polska – devoted to floristry, cut and potted flowers.
The “Chill out in the garden” theme brought attention to the ecological and social benefits of green surroundings.
300 exhibitors from 12 countries participated in the fair. Foreign firms made up more than 20% of total exhibitors. Other than Poland, Holland was best represented, followed by Belgium, Denmark and France. Exhibitors from German, Great Britain, Ireland and Lithuania were also present. The floral sector was dominated by exhibitors from Holland, in a lineup of other firms from Columbia, Ecuador, Kenya and Italy. The merger of both sectors provided fair-goers with a complete offer of plants and garden products as well as interior decoration.
