Adam Legutko
Official: Director of Technology at W. Legutko and independent advisor on lean management and technology investments. Unofficial fun fact: Instead of dreaming of a sports car – he dreams of a perfect value flow in the production process.

What topic will I present? “Case study – Lean management in the company W. Legutko. We have thrift in our blood, but does it effectively translate into Lean methodology?”. Why is it worth listening to me? I have been implementing technologies, developing processes and managing investments in an industrial environment for more than 17 years – not only in the family company W. Legutko, but also as a consultant in external projects. I am certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and am active in Lean Lab, combining practice with a modern approach to efficiency.
