How to create a harmonious and functional space? | Take inspiration from the show garden at the GREEN IS LIFE Fair!
The garden is a space that is an extension of the house, so it should be harmonious, functional and sustainable. The ‘Green Archipelag’ is a show garden that will be the showpiece of the GREEN IS LIFE Fair on 5-7 September. If you are looking for valuable inspiration, come to the Fair and see what a realisation made in the spirit of synergistic cooperation can look like!
Harmonious and functional garden | ‘Green Archipelag’
‘Green Archipelag’ is a modern space that harmoniously combines aesthetics, functionality and integration with its surroundings. The design uses natural elements such as water, greenery, permeable paving and ceramic tiles by Stargres, as well as minimalist elements by ADEZZ in corten steel.
The focal point is a raised terrace in a Mapei ventilated system with a garden pavilion in the form of a pergola. ACO linear drainage was also used in the design for proper rainwater management. The islands of greenery, dominated by groups of trees and shrubs from the Ulińscy nursery, supplemented with perennials, connected by irregular paths, form a harmonious whole with the urban architecture and perfectly fit into the space of the outdoor zone.
The Fair’s slogan, ‘Experience the Power of Synergy!’, emphasises the crucial importance of working with partners to realise this unique space. Thanks to the involvement of renowned companies such as Stargres, ADEZZ, Mapei, Ogrodowy Salon, ACO and Ulińscy Nursery, it was possible to create a garden that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable.
The ‘Green Archipelag’ show garden is a place for rest, recreation and participation in events, promoting the values of sustainability and providing inspiration for designers. This project is proof that collaboration between different stakeholders can lead to a space that serves the community and the environment, while being a source of inspiration and innovation.
